I studied abroad in Antigua, Guatemala and learned to speak Spanish fluently.

After seeing a glimpse of the international world and other cultures, I lived abroad in Madrid, Spain as an English teacher for two years. All my travels have made me appreciate the importance of home and the desire of creating the comfort of home for others as a Real Estate Agent.

In 2022, I was a top producer within my brokerage with over $3.7 Million in sales and 18 families served. At the earliest stage of the process, I seek to listen to all of your needs as a residential or commercial real estate client and answer any and all of your questions and concerns.

What is the first step in the home buying process?

The first step is to schedule a buyer consultation with me! I provide a free hour consultation to go over your homeownership goals, price point, timeline and to educate you on the home buying process.

How long does it take to buy a home?

The home buying process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. I recommend that if you’d like to purchase a home, to prepare 6 months to a year in advance. The exact time frame will depend on a number of factors, but typically once under contract to purchase it takes anywhere from 21-30 days to close on a property.

How do I start the process of selling my home?

I provide a comprehensive two step listing process which includes a property valuation, market analysis & robust marketing proposal of how to get the property sold. Book a consultation with me if you’re curious on the value of your home!

What kind of services do you provide as a real estate advisor?

I value my level of expertise & service to all my clients. Home buyer services included are consultations, scheduling showings, negotiating on your behalf, connection to financial lenders & managing the transaction to make it as smooth for you as possible

How do I find a commercial space for lease?

As a commercial advisor, we are happy to represent you as a tenant. Our tenant representative services include site selection, scheduling tours, drafting LOIs & negotiating the lease on your behalf.

How long does the commercial leasing process take?

The commercial leasing process can take anywhere from a few months to a year depending on the availability of properties and the negotiation process.
